Post 2- FIVE NATURAL WAYS WHICH CAN MAKE YOUR HEALTH BETTER

1) Green Tea-Star your day with a cup green tea as compounds in Green Tea can improve brain function and make you smarter. Also it increases your immune system and help you in loosing weight.




2) Water-Drink more water, in general. This can solve your various health problems.



3) Citrus Fruit-Include a citrus fruit in your diet daily like orange or lemon.Citrus fruits have the advantage of containing several different antioxidants that may help prevent a range of health concerns, from cardiovascular disease and cancer to skin damage from sunlight.They are loaded with immune-boosting vitamins and antioxidants.






4) Exercise- Involve any exercise in your routine like Yoga, aerobics, cycling or swimming.






 It will make you feel better. But if you are choosing exercise like yoga then do it only in correct manner.





5) Sleep- Take at least 7 hour sleep a day. Adequate sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle, and can benefit your heart, weight, mind, and more.

Post 1- Mother Nature


'Earth'.... the most beautiful planet in our solar system. The only planet having life is Earth.
We are blessed with amazing things created by God or some invisible power who created
nature. If we think deeply about it we will find that how amazing everything is around us. Rivers,
Hills, Mountains, Flowers, Forest, Oceans.... everything. These things has been created in a
proper balance and inter-related webbed manner. One of them is supporting other and vice versa.
Like food web and food chains.





But the sad fact is this, that the most amazing creature of nature is itself destroying the nature
by himself- 'Mankind'. Humans are developing cities and industries, the modern lifestyle has
been changed. Man has been using and misusing natural resources up to the limit and this
something very horrible.


Lets take a very basic example of very very basic need of mankind-Water. We are gradually keep
wasting water in our daily life without thinking. Clean, safe drinking water is scarce. Today,
nearly 1 billion people in the developing world don't have access to it. Yet, we take it for granted,
we waste it, and we even pay too much to drink it from little plastic bottles. Water is the
foundation of life. And still today, all around the world, far too many people spend their entire
day searching for it. 

Second thing is we are removing forests day by day which we call
deforestation.Deforestation is the permanent destruction of forests in order to make the land
available for other uses. Have you ever heard of heavy words such as "GLOBAL WARMING" and
"GREEN HOUSE EFFECTS"..?? This is a very little description of what we are doing.




Guys... only government and few NGOs cannot alone change the entire scenario. This is the time
of stop being childish and taking at least few small steps toward it coming out from our comfort
zones.
 For example-
*We can stop wasting water.
*We can walk or use bicycle for small distance instead of using petrol or diesel vehicle.
*We can use public transport whenever possible.
*We can recycle plastic bags
*We can at least plant a tree every year... let start celebrating your birthday by planting a tree.

Like you worship your God... start the worship of Mother Nature.
